How to put it together:
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil to your pan, swirling the oil around the skillet to coat the pan. Heat the oil in the pan for about 20 seconds. Add squash and zucchini to pan; sauté 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender, while stirring frequently. Add in a pinch of sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste. Transfer your squash mixture to a serving platter or a serving bowl. Sprinkle with Feta cheese and fresh chopped basil on top. Serve with a meat main course or by itself.
